Are There Food Tours in the Winter?

We are often asked “Do you do tours year-round?” The answer is a resounding “Yes!” While many tour companies around the country are “seasonal,” Cincinnati Food Tours operates all year long. Except for a few dates around the holidays, The Original Findlay Market Tour runs almost every Saturday at 3 pm. There’s no need to fret about chilly winter weather. This 90-minute overview of Cincinnati’s historic public market is 95% indoors with only a few steps between storefronts as we move from one tasting to another.

After a short respite in January, our respite tours take place at least a few times each month. Gradually we increase the frequency and add other tours as we work our way toward the busy summer months. We do keep an eye on the weather and shorten our walks when needed, but we actually have some of our best tours in the winter when the restaurants tend to be less busy.
